Ross returns to Tufts to assist with the defense and the goalkeepers. She spent four years at Tufts as an assistant on the women's lacrosse team from 2013-16 and three years as an assistant coach on the women's soccer team from 2012-14.
A highlight from her previous years with the Jumbo lacrosse team would be in 2015 when the squad went 12-7, made it to the NESCAC semifinals, and advanced to the Round of 16 in the NCAA tournament. In her four years the Jumbos recorded an overall 38-28 record and made their first NCAA tournament appearance since 2011. The soccer team went 20-20-6 and made it to a NESCAC semifinal during her time with them. After leaving Tufts, Ross spent 2017 as an assistant coach on the UCONN women's lacrosse team. The Huskies finished off the season with five consecutive wins against some tough competition in Marquette, Villanova, and Temple.
Before coaching, Ross attended Connecticut College where she was a member of both the lacrosse and soccer teams. She was an All-NESCAC goalkeeper in 2008 in lacrosse. In 2010, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and in 2014, earned her Master's of Educational Studies from Tufts.
Ross currently works in Business Development and Inside Sales at the Harbor Networks in Framingham.
