Will is Women's Swimming & Diving Team's Second Consecutive NESCAC Performer of the Week

MEDFORD - For the second straight week, a member of the Tufts women's swimming & diving team has been named the New England Small College Athletic Conference's (NESCAC) Performer of the Week. This time it's senior Hannah Will (Mount Vernon, NH), who had a career-best weekend at the Wheaton Invitational.

Last week, sophomore Mia Greenwald (Park City, UT) won the honor for Tufts. Will follows her after swimming to three personal-best performances during theJumbos' participation at the Wheaton Invitational. It marks the first time since the 2008-09 season that Coach Nancy Bigelow's Jumbos have earned two Performer of the Week accolades in the same season.

Her 200 breast time was nearly 12 seconds faster than her previous PR of 2:42.00. She was nearly three seconds better in the 100 than her previous PR (1:13). She was second overall in that race.
