Senior #2 John Subranni (Lonport, NJ) was up 2-0 before losing a close third game, but won the match in four. Senior co-captain Zach Bradley (Baltimore, MD) was a 14-12 winner in the first game of the third match before winning the next two smoothly.

In a competitive match between the 19th ranked Jumbos, who were the seventh seed at NESCACs, and the 25th ranked Continentals, who were the #9 seed, Tufts also received four-game wins from junior Ben Rind (Rockville, MD) at #5, sophomore Henry Miller (Philadelphia, PA) at #7, and junior Andrew Kim (Wayland, MA) at #9.
