NEW LONDON, CT (October 4, 2025) - Tufts Coed Sailing is in seventh place out of 18 teams after Saturday's action at the Atlantic Coast Championship (ACC) 1B qualifier hosted by the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
The top nine teams at the end of the regatta will advance to the ACC finals to be held at the U.S. Naval Academy in two weeks (October 18-19). The Jumbo team score is currently 53, in front of St. Mary's (MD) with a 57 score, Webb Institute at 57, Tulane at 61 and Bowdoin with 65.
Only three races were held in A and B divisions today due to poor conditions. Tufts' B team scored 18 for fourth place in their division and the A squad had a 35 score for 11th in their group.

Brown University leads the regatta with a 24 score (13 A's, 11 B's).
