Max Resnick of the Tufts University men's hockey team was selected to the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) All-Conference second team announced today.
This is the second straight All-Conference award for Resnick. He was on the second team as a sophomore in 2024 as well.
Resnick leads head coach
Pat Norton's Jumbos in scoring with 21 points on nine goals and 12 assists. The 12 assists are tied for the team lead, while he leads the Jumbos with three game-winning goals. His two power-play goals are tied for the most on the Jumbos.
In the NESCAC, Resnick totaled six goals with 11 assists for 17 points in 18 games. His three game-winning goals are tied for the most in the league. Resnick is also fourth in the conference with a .582 face-off winning percentage.
Six times in conference games Resnick scored multiple points. On the final weekend of the regular-season, he had a goal and three assists in contests versus Colby College and Bowdoin College as the Jumbos earned four points to lock up the #5 seed for the conference tournament.
Tufts (11-12-1 overall) has advanced to the semifinal round of the conference tournament and will play Colby College at Hamilton College on Saturday at 4:30 PM.
