ST. MARY'S CITY, MD (October 10, 2026) – The Tufts University coed sailing team sits seventh out of 17 teams after one day of racing at the Atlantic Coast Championships (ACC) Round 1A regatta in Maryland.
Ten races were completed in both A and B divisions on Saturday. The Jumbos compiled scores totaling to 67 in A's and 81 in B's for a 148 team score. The top nine teams at the end of the regatta tomorrow will advance to the ACC finals coming up later this month. Connecticut College is currently the ninth-place team, with a 153 score five behind the Jumbos. Eckerd College is 10th at 167.

Reddin Kehrli are fifth in A division. Their 10 races today included seven scores in the top nine, including three fourths.

Sophie Dart are currently ninth in B division. They won the third B division start today and also had a second-place finish in the second race.
Stanford is leading through the first day with a 30-49-79 scoring line.
Sunday's racing is set to begin at 9:45 AM.
