Before Tufts: Was on the rowing team at Arlington High School...finished fifth at the 2018 Head of the Charles Regatta in the Men's Junior 2x...earned third place at the 2017 US Rowing Youth National Championships in the Men's Youth Lightweight 2x.

Personal: Son of Laila Moore and Jonathan Niles...has one sibling, Owen (22).
