2023-24 (Senior): Finished first at the MIT Invitational in the 200 breast with a time of 2:04.38...At the Boston Winter Open, he finished first with a time of 57.65 at the 100 breast, he also finished first in the 200 breast with a time of 2:01.70.

2021-22 (Sophomore): Set a personal best time at the MIT Invitational in the 100 Breast Finals... Set another personal best time at the BU Winter Open in the 400 IM Finals and came in 5th place.

2020-21 (Freshman): Did not compete

Before Tufts: Was on the swimming team at Uskudar American Academy...holds four national age group records...was on the team that won a team national championship...was a junior national champion as an individual...member of the Turkish national team...was a finalist in the European Youth Olympic Festival in 2017...has won six international medals...holds four championship records in Faros Elena Sairi in 2018.

Personal: Son of Zeynep Asli Batur Calis and Alper Calis....has one sibling, Bahar (18).
