PRIOR TO TUFTS: Attended the International School of Geneva in Geneva, Switzerland...Competed as the skipper in sailing and helped team finish 2nd in Swiss Nationals Nacra 25, 13th in the European Championships Nacra 15, and 6th in the World Championships Nacra 15...Also participated in skiing.

PERSONAL: Father attended Tufts...Chose Tufts beacuse "Parallel to my academic pursuits, I remain committed to sailing—a sport that has been an integral part of my life. My involvement with the Youth Swiss Sailing Team and my current transition to a helmsman role in the 49er FX class, is an important step forward in my ambitions for an olympic campaign. These experiences, I believe, will complement my academic endeavors at Cornell. I have already reached out to the sailing coach, looking forward to the opportunity to contribute to the team."
