2025 (Junior): Ran in six meets for the Jumbos...Began the season with a 15th place finish in the Purple Valley XC Classic with a time of 23:09.8...Recorded a personal best time of 22:10.2 and placed 12th in the KSC Invitational 3.73M race...Placed 18th in the NESCAC Championship with a time of 22:01.4...Recorded another 15th place finish in the NCAA Division III East Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 22:06.6...Tufts finished the season as NCAA East Regional Champions and fourth in the NESCAC Championships

2024 (Sophomore): Opened the season with an eighth place finish at the Bowdoin CBBT Opener finishing with a 17:33.9 in the 4.5k race...Set a personal best time in the 6k at the NESCAC Championships, finishing in 25th place with a 21:43.7...Finished in 20th at the NCAA Division III East Region Cross Country Championships with a 22:41.4...Ran a 22:35.1 for 141st place at the NCAA DIvision III Cross Country Championships

PRIOR TO TUFTS: Letterwinner in cross country, track and field, and soccer for the GFS Tigers of the German Friends High School

PERSONAL: Daughter of Marcia and Witold Henisz...Has one sibling Sophy...Community Health major...Mother Marcia was a runner for the University of Virginia cross country and track and field...Father Witold was a cyclist at Stanford...Chose Tufts because "I was really drawn to the friendly and welcoming community in addition to the amazing balance student-athletes have at Tufts."
