2017 (Senior): Saw action in 12 games while starting two as the Jumbos went 15-2-4, won their first ever NESCAC tournament title, and made it to the Elite Eight in the NCAA tournament...started the final game of the regular season against Bowdoin that the Jumbos tied, 0-0, to earn the top seed in the NESCAC tournament.

2016 (Junior): Appeared in 16 games off the bench for the Jumbos who finished the season 15-5-2 and won the program's second national championship...chipped in with a pair of goals, to go along with an assist and five points...tallied the game-winner with less than a minute remaining in the second-overtime session during a 1-0 win over host Brandeis (Sept. 24)...scored the team’s lone goal in the 90th minute during a 2-1 setback at Bowdoin (Oct. 25)...collected an assist during a 3-0 shutout victory over visiting Plymouth State (Sept. 18). 

2015 (Sophomore): Appeared in 13 games in his sophomore season, helping the Jumbos defensively to a 11-5-3 record and a run that ended in the third round of the NCAA Tournament…played during seven different Jumbo shut outs during the season.

Before Tufts: Was on the soccer and baseball teams at Scotch Plains Fanwood High School…was a NJCA Third Team All-State selection for soccer his junior year…was a First Team All Group Three selection and Star Ledger Second Team All-Union County honoree for soccer as a junior…his senior year was selected to the NJCA All-State Third Team for soccer…was also a First Team All-Group Four selection and a Star Ledger Second Team All-County selection as a senior for soccer…was a captain of the soccer team his senior year…was a two-time First Team All County selection for baseball…selected to the First Team All-Group Three for baseball….was an All-State Honorable Mention honoree and two-time First Team All-Area selection for baseball…was selected as the NJCAA Scholar Athlete of the Year.

Personal: Son of Ed and Ida…has two siblings, Eddie (31) and Allie (28)…brother played soccer at Rowan and sister played soccer at Johns Hopkins University…Zazzali also plays baseball at Tufts.
