Biography

2018 (Junior): The junior appeared in 19 games for the 18-0-3 National Championship winning Tufts team...led the team in assists with nine which was second in the NESCAC...recorded multiple assists against Babson (Oct. 9) and in the Elite Eight 4-0 win over Montclair State...netted goals against Bowdoin (Oct. 23) and Amherst in the Jumbos 3-0 win in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament...was tied for third on the team with 13 points...a huge part of the Jumbos offense that scored 46 goals...Rojas was named to Second Team All-NESCAC.

2017 (Sophomore): Started 13 games as he saw action in a total of 20 as the Jumbos went 15-2-4, won their first ever NESCAC tournament title, and made it to the Elite Eight in the NCAA tournament...tied for the team lead with 11 points off of three goals and five assists...the five assists was also a team-high...scored the game-winner in the squads 1-0 win over Brandeis...had another game-winning goal in the NESCAC tournament final in the 88th minute to beat Middlebury 1-0...had the assist on Tasker's game-winner in overtime of the first game of the season.

2016 (Freshman): Saw action in 20 of 22 games off the bench during rookie campaign as the Jumbos finished the season with a 15-5-2 mark and won the program's second national championship...totaled one goal, one assist and three points...scored first collegiate goal during the 90th minute of a 3-0 win against Plymouth State (Sept. 18) at Bello Field...chipped in with an assist during a 5-1 win over visiting Keene State (Oct. 19). 

Before Tufts: Was on the soccer and basketball teams at Seton Hall Prepatory School...was named the MVP of his team his senior year with 17 goals and 19 assists...was a captain of the team...was a First Team All-State selection...named a First Team All-Tri State honoree...earned National Soccer Coaches Association of American Regional All-American honors...was on the team that won the Morris County championship....was named the Tri-State Player of the Year Runner-Up...was an Essex County Scholar Athlete...was a captain of the FC Copa team which was a 2014 State Cup Finalist....also played for MatchFit and was on the U20 EDP championship team that went undefeated...finished high school with a 4.64 GPA...was on the high honor roll...was a peer leader...earned PSAT Hispanic National Merit Recognition.

Personal: Son of Lourdes Johnson-Rojas and Luis Rojas...has three siblings, Gabriella (26), Nicole (23) and Isabelle (19).
