AOC Mission Statement
Athletes of Color (AOC) is a student-led organization that aims to provide support and community for all student-athletes of color at Tufts. We aim to empower fellow athletes of color by recognizing their unique experiences, amplifying their voices, and exploring the role of diversity and inclusion in athletics. Through these practices, we hope to enrich their overall experience and foster an inclusive environment for all athletes at Tufts.

Ethicspoint is a third-party secure web tool and allows any member of the Tufts community to file a report or complaint based on race, color, national origin, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression (including a transgender and/or gender non-conforming identity), disability, retaliation for filing a prior complaint and other identity issues. No issue is too small to report. Our goal is to stop future conduct of this type not to focus on who reported it.
