Tufts University Women's FC was established in 2010 and has grown to be a well-known presence on the Tufts campus since then. Recently, we have established a second team, to allow for a greater number of talented players to be able to play in a competitive environment. The club is a student-run organization and is self-coached by captains who are elected each season. Tufts Women's Club Soccer is part of the NIRSA Region 1 Club Soccer League, and our primary season runs from the first week of classes until the end of October. We have 3 practices a week during the season and 1-2 games on the weekends. We host tryouts in the first week of the school year and players can join the team by participating in tryouts. Both teams (blue and brown) play at Tufts and travel to different schools in the Northeast for away games.
