Tufts Baseball Club

Tufts Club Baseball is a competitive team looking to add experienced players for the upcoming season. We are a part of the New England Club Baseball Association (NECBA) and practice 2 times a week on campus in Carzo Cage and at Sol Gittleman Park. The goal is to run a serious program with a team that plays to win every game, but has fun together doing so. We are the reigning champions of the NECBA and looking to defend our crown. We play a minimum of 2 games on the weekends that will occur across New England at both public and private fields. Tufts Club Baseball has a fall season. In previous years, however, we have continued to practice and play games in the spring, in addition to our fall season; we hope to continue keeping the club active into the spring after our fall season ends. Transportation will be provided by the university. If you’re looking for a fun group, but also a serious competitive balance, please come try out! Uniforms, hats, bats, and catcher’s gear will be provided, but players will be expected to have their own pants, belts, cleats, and other equipment. Students can join by attending tryouts. Tryouts for Fall 2025 will be Sunday, 8/31 and Monday, 9/1 from 12-2pm at Sol Gittleman Park. We can make exceptions/make-up tryouts for those who cannot make our main tryout date(s). If interested in joining the club, please complete the following survey requesting more information prior to tryouts: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd6z4_3CevFXscZXPdwcm6ys5dm6sflXt2R_amoQ4pN85RrZg/viewform
