Pat Norton





Pat Norton was hired in August 2015 as Tufts University men's hockey coach, and just coached his 11th season at the helm of the Jumbos squad. Norton finished the 2025-26 season with a 12-12-1 record and a conference quarterfinal appearance after reaching the NESCAC finals during the 2024-25 campaign, the Jumbos made it to the NESCAC Championship game for the second straight season and second time in program history in their 2024-25 season. Norton was previously an assistant coach at the collegiate level, serving as assistant for Division I programs such as the University of Vermont and Northeastern University. Norton also coached the hockey team at the Tilton School in New Hampshire from 2004-15. His coaching career began in 1996 with Norwich University as an assistant, where he coached the Cadets to three Frozen Four appearances and a national championship in 2000.
