NESCAC All-Academic Team (2023)

2023-24 (Senior): Started 25 games in net for the Jumbos...Accumulated a 13-9-3 record on the season in goal for the Jumbos...His 2.06 goals allowed per game was ranked third in the NESCAC...He saved 822 shots with 32.2 shots per game and a .941 save percentage which was the best in the NESCAC and ranks top ten in the nation...Durand also recorded three shutouts this season, his first came against Nichols on January 7, where he stopped 20 shots faced...His second shutout came against Conn. College on February 3, he stopped 22 shots faced...His last Shut out came in the NESCAC playoff semifinal round against Hamilton on March 2, he stopped 45 shots in that game...The Jumbos finished the season 14-10-3 making it to their first-ever NESCAC championship game in program history.

2022-23 (Junior): Appeared in 14 games and started 13...Had a 7-6 record with a .932 save percentage with a 2.44 goals against average...Recorded three shutout victories over the course of the year...Posted season high 48 saves in win over Fitchburg St on Dec. 30...Awarded NESCAC Player of the Week after posting a 41-save shutout against Amherst College on Feb. 10, then made 36 saves versus Hamilton College on Feb. 11 for a .987 save percentage.

2021-22 (Sophomore): Was team’s #2 goalie … Started six games and played 363 minutes … Made 22 saves, including 42 at Endicott on Jan. 11 … Stopped 45 of 49 shots on goal (.918) at Bowdoin on Feb. 19 … Made 39 saves in a tie at Connecticut College on Feb. 5.

2020-21: Season canceled due to COVID-19.

2019-20 (Freshman): Was on the roster at Skidmore College, but did not appear in a game. 

Before Tufts: Was on the hockey, soccer and lacrosse teams at Pomfret School ... was a captain of the boys varsity ice hockey team his senior year ... was an honor roll student all four years of high school. 

Personal: Son of Steve and Crista ... has one sibling, Dominic ... mother played basketball at Salve Regina.
