Alex Lynn was named assistant coach of men's rowing at Tufts in August 2019.

Prior to Tufts, Lynn spent three years as the men's head coach and boathouse manager at Cascadilla Boat Club in Ithaca, New York. While with Cascadilla, he directed aspects of the day-to-day activity, managed and mentored several assistant coaches, handled recruitment, and oversaw year-round rowing programs.

Prior to Cascadilla, Alex was a four-year member of the men’s varsity rowing program at Ithaca College.

Lynn is currently part of the Institute for Rowing Leadership (IRL) program at Community Rowing Inc.
