Kyle Dezotell

Kyle Dezotell was hired in March 2020 as head coach of the Jumbos, right around the time that COVID-19 struck. He led the team through practices during the pandemic in 2020, then finally had the opportunity to put his imprint on the Jumbo program over his tenure. The Jumbos have been active in the community as well, connecting with Team IMPACT to draft 13-year old Aiden - diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at birth - to their team.

Over 18 years of successful experience as a head coach, Coach Dezotell has compiled 208 victories and a 63.4 winning percentage during five coaching stints. Prior to his arrival at Tufts, he spent three years at Ithaca College. Dezotell was also previously the head coach at Manhattanville College (2016), Norwich University (2006-15) and at Johnson State College (2004-05).
