2018 (Junior): Braun appeared in 17 contests for the 18-0-3 National Championship winning Tufts team...led the team in goals with 10, points with 26, shots on goal with 24, and five game-winning goals...won NESCAC Player of the Week on October 1, was named Most Outstanding Player in the Final Four, All-First Team NESCAC, First Team All-New England Region, and First Team All-American honors...also dished out six assists on the year...scored two goals in contests against Trinity on October 14 in a 6-0 victory and vs. Williams on October 20 in a 3-1 win...in the NCAA Tournament, the junior a goal in the NCAA Elite Eight vs. Montclair State on November 18 in a 4-0 victory and against Rochester in the Final Four of a 3-1 win...Braun tallied two assists against Rochester...the forward was a huge part of the Jumbos offense that scored 46 goals on the year.
2017 (Sophomore): Saw action in 14 games and was in the starting lineup for seven as the Jumbos went 15-2-4, won their first ever NESCAC tournament title, and made it to the Elite Eight in the NCAA tournament...had two goals and one assist on the year...scored the game-winner in the squad's 1-0 win over Hamilton in October...scored his second also against Hamilton, but this time in the NESCAC semifinals in a 4-0 win.
2016 (Freshman): Appeared in 16 of 22 games, including making one start during his rookie seasonn as the Jumbos went 15-5-2 and won the program's second national championship...recorded first collegiate point, by assisting on Christian Zazzali’s game-winner with less than one minute remaining in the second-overtime session during a 1-0 victory over Brandeis (Sept. 24).
Before Tufts: Was on the soccer and basketball team at Holy Ghost Prep...was a Bucks County Golden Team First Team selection in 2014...was named to the BAL First Team in 2014....won on the team that won the Pennsylvania State Championship in 2013 and 2014.
Personal: Son of Sera and Steve....has three siblings, Erica (30), Stephanie (29) and Matthew (27).
