Before Tufts: Was on the swimming and water polo teams at The Loomis Chaffee School...was a captain of the varsity swim team...holds school records in the 50 and 100 free and the 200 free relay...has the pool record in the 100 free...winner of The Loomis Family Prize...was an Academic All-American.

Personal: Son of Olli-Pekka and Sini...has one sibling, Agda (16).
