Before Tufts: Was on the track and field and football teams at Tenafly High School...was an All-League selection for sprints his senior year...was an AP Scholar with Distinction.

Personal: Son of Dmitry and Elena...has two siblings, Dennis (17) and Victoria (26)....father, Dmitry, was the Moscow champion for judo and borther plays basketball.
