Before Tufts: Was on the cross country, water polo, wrestling, track and swim teams at Canyon High School...was an All-County selection for cross country his freshman and junior years...was on the team that finished second at the D2 California State Cross Country Championships...finished in 8th place at the Orange County Championships in the 3200m...was on the team that finished in second place at the 2014 Junior Olypmics for water polo in the silver division and the team that finished in second place at the 2015 Junior Olympics of Water Polo in the invitational division...graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Personal: Son of Fred and Natalie...has one sibling, Madison (25)...sister, Madison, was on the cross country and track and field teams at UC San Diego.
