Before Tufts: Ran cross country and track at Leland High School...was the 2015 track Co-MVP...chosen as the 2014 Cross Country Most Inspirational...was a two-time Gabe Maze Award winner....finished in sixth place in the BVAL Chocolate Milk Miler...was president of the Leland French Club.

Personal: Son of Murray Buckman and Vicky Lau...has one sibling, Ian (22)...mother, Vickie, ran marathons.
