2020 (Junior): Season cancelled due to COVID-19.
2019 (Sophomore): Played in 41 games and started at SS for the Jumbos on a team that won 32 games and the NESCAC title, and hosted an NCAA Regional...batted .286 with 36 hits...ranked second on the team in at-bats with 126...had a .452 slugging percentage...crossed the plate a team-high 32 times...tallied six doubles, three triples, and three homeruns while driving in 19 RBI...had a .863 fielding percentage...in the first game of a doubleheader with Colby (4/19), she was a double shy of hitting for the cycle as she went 3-for-3 with a single, triple, and homerun while driving in three.
2018 (Freshman): Appeared in 23 games in her freshman campaign...made her collegiate debut on March 17 and recorded her first career hit in a 13-2 victory over Clarkson...helped the Jumbos finish the season with a 32-10 overall record and reach the NCAA Tournament Cambridge Regional...she often made contact with the ball and was able to find gaps in the defense as she finished the year with a .323 average...Steinberg drove in 11 runs and scored 10 runs as a freshman...she had a .338 on base percentage and .419 slugging percentage...recorded three hits, three RBI's, and scored three runs in a 19-1 victory over Kalamazoo on March 24.
Before Tufts: Was on the softball team at Mamaroneck High School...was a captain of the team her junior and senior years...was an All-Section Honorable Mention selection her sophomore year...named to the All-Section team her junior and senior years...named the MVP of the team both her junior and senior year...was a member of the Empire State Huskies...named a Section 1 First Team All-Star...winner of the Diamond Nine Plus One Award...member of the National Honor Society...choreographer and dancer in the PACE program.
Personal: Daughter of Jill and Greg...has one sibling, Josie (19)...sister, Josie, is also on the softball team at Tufts.
