2019-2020 (Junior): Briggs appeared and started in all 29 games during her junior season…she finished 5th on the team as she averaged 22.1 minutes per game…Briggs finished the year with 11.4 points per game which was good for 2nd on the team and she shot 44.4% from the floor which was good for 10th in the NESCAC…she eclipsed double-digit scoring 17 times on the year…the forward scored 20 or more points three times on the season…had a season-high 23 points in a regular season victory over Bowdoin on 10-14 shooting…once again improved her free throw shooting as she shot 78.3% from the charity stripe which ranked 4th on the team…in two NCAA tournament games she attacked the glass hard as she grabbed seven and nine rebounds respectively…Briggs forced opponents into tough shots as she finished 2nd on the team in blocks per game at 0.6 deflected shots…in the NCAA Second Round 79-53 win over Cortland she had a huge game with 21 points on 9-15 shooting…
2018-19 (Sophomore): Appeared in all 31 of Tufts women's basketball's games and was in the starting lineup in 30 of them...helped guide the Jumbos to a 28-3 overall record, a victory in the 2019 NESCAC Championship game, and an appearance in the NCAA "Elite Eight"...Briggs finished third on the team with 9.4 points per game and shot 46.4% from the floor...she netted double-digit points 15 times on the season...during the NCAA Tournament, she averaged 8.0 points per game, including a team-high 13 points in Tufts 44-40 loss to Scranton...the sophomore netted a season-high 19 points on 9-15 shooting in the Jumbos 110-63 victory over Brandeis...she logged 20.6 minutes per game and 639 minutes in total...Briggs also improved her free throw percentage to 75.0% and was 36-48...she was third on the team in rebounding, with 3.6 boards per night...the sophomore grabbed seven rebounds in games against Lasell, Colby, Bates, and Babson...the forward also had active hands on the defensive end and recorded 1.3 steals per game.
2017-18 (Freshman): Part of the Jumbo team that finished the season 26-5 and advanced to the NCAA Quarterfinals...appeared in 30 of the Jumbos games, starting in 14 of them...played 616 minutes in her first collegiate season, averaging 20.5 minutes per game...blocked 19 shots during the year, ranking second on the team...snagged 113 rebounds on the year, good for fourth on the team...posted her first career double-double in a win at Emerson with 12 points and 10 rebounds in just 16 minutes...posted a season-high 20 points in a win at Hamilton in February.
Before Tufts: Was on the basketball, cross country and track teams at Canton High School...was a 1000 point scorer...was a two-time All-State selection in basketball...was a three-time All-Conference selection in basketball...named the CHSCA Girls Basketball Player of the Year...was a two-time state champion in basketball...was a three-time All-State selection in cross country...was a three-time All-Conference selection in cross country...member of the National Honor Society.
