Academic All-District Women's Basketball Team, selected by College Sports Communicators (2022-23)

2023-2024 (Senior): Started all 24 games for the Jumbos...She was third on the team in points scoring a total of 220 points on the season averaging 9.2 a game...She went 74 for 189 from field goal range with a .392 percentage, her 33 three-point field goals were second-best on the team...She was second on the team in rebounds grabbing a total of 113, she grabbed 68 defensive rebounds and 45 offensive rebounds... She recorded 15 steals and 2 blocks...She tallied 10 points or more 11 times this season and recorded one double-double against Amherst College on January 12...She scored a season-high 18 points in a 74-54 Jumbos win over Colorado College on November 21...She finished the season with 702 minutes played averaging 29.3 per game...Sousa finished her career as a Jumbo with 1377 total minutes played, 216 total rebounds, and 330 points scored.

2022-2023 (Junior): One of four Jumbos to appear in all 31 games and started 15...Helped Tufts win NESCAC Championship and advance to the Elite Eight of the NCAA Tournament...Averaged 2.7 points per game and 2.5 rebounds per game...Scored career high 14 points in NCAA Tournament first round game versus Merchant Marine including 6-6 from the free-throw line...Scored eight points in victory over Bowdoin on 2/04/23 in NESCAC Tournament quarterfinal game.

2021-22 (Sophomore): Appeared in 16 games for the Jumbos...Averaged 8.6 minutes per game...Shot 83.3% from the free throw line, which led the team...Averaged 1.6 points per game...Had a season high 7 points scored on November 16 in a 60-42 victory over UNE...Played a season high 22 minutes on November 14th in a 69-59 victory over Vassar.

2020-21 (Freshman): Season canceled due to COVID-19.

Before Tufts: Was on the basketball and volleyball team at The Rivers School...was an ISL Honorable Mention selection in basketball...earned ISL All-League honors in volleyball. 

Personal: Daughter of Karyn and Matt...has one sibling, Emma (18).
