Jesus Lucart joined the Tufts University women's tennis staff after serving as the head coach at Eastern Nazarene College for both the men's and women's squads in 2023. Lucart, originally from Venezuela, is in his third season with Tufts in 2025-26. 

Lucart held a 16-16 overall career record as the head coach at Eastern Nazarene, leading the men's squad to a third consecutive Great North Athletic Conference (GNAC) title in 2023. He also served as an assistant at ENC, after playing at ENC in college. He earned academic distinctions as a three-time GNAC All-Academic selection and ITA Scholar-Athlete. 

He also has served as a senior tennis professional at Longwood Cricket Club in Chestnut Hill, MA, and is a certified ICI International Coaching recipient. He also serves as Senior Racquets Assistant at Weston Golf Club, teaching tennis and platform tennis.
