Kristin Fleagle is in her first year as an assistant coach at Tufts University. She will work with combined event athletes, jumps, and sprints.
Kristin spent the last 3 years as an assistant track and field coach at Boston University from 2019-2022 overseeing men's and women's combined event athletes, long, triple, and high jumpers. At BU, Kristin coached athletes to 11 Patriot League All-Conference honors, 3 Individual titles, an IC4A champion and 2022 outdoor D1 NCAA East Preliminary Round qualifier (MHJ).
Prior to Boston University, Kristin coached at Luther College in Iowa(18-19), Benedictine University in Illinois (17-18) and began her coaching career at UW Stevens-Point as a graduate assistant (14-16) eventually being promoted to a full-time position (14-17). During her years in Division III, she coached 40 All-Conference performances, 14 Individual Conference Champions, 33 NCAA National Championship Qualifiers, 18 All-American performances, and 2 NCAA National Champions at 2 different schools (MLJ, MTJ). She was a part of 2 men’s programs that had 4th place finishes at the NCAA national championships: Benedictine University outdoor in 2018 and indoor 2017 with UW Stevens-Point.
Kristin was a competitive track and field athlete at Carthage College in Kenosha, WI collecting 16 All-Conference honors and a title in the long jump. She competed as a member of her team’s 4x4 at the 2014 NCAA indoor championship.
Kristin is currently working as a Student Success Advisor at Boston University's Metropolitan College while finishing her graduate degree in Sport Psychology and Counseling.
