Before Tufts: Was on the cross country and outdoor track and field team for four years and the indoor track and field team her junior and senior year and basketball team her freshman and sophomore years at William H. Hall High School...was a three-season captain of the cross country, indoor and outdoor track teams...was on the team that was named the CT Girls Cross Country Team of the Year...was on the team that won State Open and Class LL Championships...earned four varsity letters in cross country and outdoor track and two in indoor track...was a Fresh Voices Poetry Competition Finalist...member of the National Honor Society and the Spanish National Honor Society...was on the honor roll...was a Essentially Ellington High School Jazz Band Finalist. 

Personal: Daughter of Nancy and Marc...has one sibling, Joe (21)...father played tennis at URI.
