Elias Fleischman started at Tufts in the summer of 2026 as an assistant in the strength and conditioning department. 

Fleischman comes to Tufts after serving as the Assistant Athletic Performance Coach at the University of Vermont since 2023. He also has served as the head performance coach at Rice Memorial High School, as well being the founder and owner of EFPerformance. 

He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as holding a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification.
