Emily Flynn joined the Tufts women's basketball program as an assistant coach in the summer of 2026. 

Flynn comes to Tufts after serving as an assistant coach at Dexter Southfield School since May of 2026. A former standout on the hardwood at her alma mater Babson College, Flynn was a First Team All-NEWMAC guard in 2025. Flynn was the only player in the NEWMAC in the Top 10 in points, rebounds and assists, and ranked in the top five in program history in three-pointers made. 

Flynn graduated from Babson with a B.S. in business administration in 2025, while earning her Masters in Science in Management in Entrepreneurial Leadership in 2026.
