Erin Seibel joined the Tufts women's lacrosse program in the summer of 2023, as her first season with the Jumbos on the sidelines will come in 2024. 

Seibel comes to Medford after playing at the University of Massachusetts, where she played in 26 games over her career for the Minutewomen. Prior to her time at UMass, she was a team captain at Medfield High School, where she was a Tri-Valley League All-Star Team as a sophomore, junior and senior. Seibel was also tabbed to the Eastern Massachusetts Girls Lacrosse Coaches Association All-Star Team during junior and senior seasons at MHS. 

Seibel graduated from UMass in 2023 with a BA in psychology. She has also coached with Laxachusetts Club program, as well as assisting at Foxborough High School in 2021.
