Holly Erbe

Holly Erbe joined the Tufts athletics department in the summer of 2025.

Erbe joins Tufts with a wealth of educational and practical experience with sports logistics, coordination and collaboration. At her previous role as Youth Coordinator for Project Commotion, Erbe created an empowering and welcoming curriculum for underserved students that sees her bring a breadth of communication skills and an ability to work well under pressure.

Prior to her time with Project Commotion, Erbe was the athletics administrator and equipment manager at the Dexter Southfield School where she oversaw the extracurricular and athletic logistics for over 1,000 students across 70+ athletic programs.

With her experience in managing a large athletic program and extensive history in coordinating student-athlete communication and fostering school-wide growth, Erbe will look to "support our student-athletes and coaches by making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. I want them to feel confident anytime they put on the blue and brown. As a former student-athlete at Endicott College, I know how important that kind of support is, and I'm committed to creating that experience here at Tufts."

Erbe earned her Master of Science in Sport Leadership after completing her undergraduate program with a bachelor of science in exercise science at Endicott. The Jumbo spent all four years of undergrad with the Endicott women's hockey team, adding to her experience in the realm of athletic logistics.
