Luca Napora joins the men's soccer coaching staff ahead of the fall 2024 season and was part of the Jumbos undefeated campaign that year. Napora was part of the NESCAC Coaching Staff of the Year in 2024, and helped Tufts to achieve the number one national ranking in the NPSI and a NESCAC Regular Season Championship.

Prior to joining Tufts, Napora played four years of college soccer at The College of Wooster, including a 2023 season spent as team captain. Napora earned 2023 All-Conference honors and earned 2023 Academic All-Ohio awards as well.
