Rose Pavuk joined the Tufts University women's lacrosse coaching staff following a standout four-year career at the University of New Hampshire.

A native of York, Maine, Pavuk was a four-year member of the Wildcats' women's lacrosse program, playing primarily as an attacker. She enjoyed a breakout senior season in 2026, starting all 16 games and leading UNH in goals (41), assists (16), points (57) and shots (102). Her 57 points ranked sixth in America East in points per game, while her 2.56 goals per game also ranked sixth in the conference. She was named to the 2026 America East All-Conference Second Team. Pavuk finished her collegiate career with 101 points, including 69 goals and 32 assists.

Pavuk earned her degree in Communication from the University of New Hampshire and also completed a minor in Sports Management.
