ENFIELD, NH (October 13, 2024) - In action at the Captain Hurst Bowl which wrapped up on Sunday, the Tufts University coed sailing team finished in 14th place with a 299 team score.
A total of 13 races were held in A and B divisions over the weekend, with three A races and five B races completed on Sunday. The Jumbos finished the weekend with a 152 score in A's and 147 in B's.
For A division Tufts started senior
Shea Smith as skipper and senior
Magdelaina Putnam as crew. They were 14th for the weekend. The B division team of freshman skipper
Oliver Keeves and sophomore crew
Reddin Kehrli were 13th in their group.
Stanford University won the regatta with scores of 38 in A division and 59 in B's for a 97 total.
