CAMBRIDGE, MA (October 18, 2025) – Two alumnae teams represented Tufts Women's Rowing at the 60th Head of the Charles Regatta (HOCR) on Saturday.
In the Alumnae Fours, the Tufts team timed 19:34.914 over the three-mile course for sixth place out of 22 total teams. The Jumbo team had Karen Dooley,
Reilly Uiterwyk,
Stella Shen and Amanda Downing with coxswain Triyatha Jammula. A Brown University alumnae four won with an 18:25.938 mark.
For Alumnae Eights, Tufts lined up with
Alex Timoney,
Natalie Graham,
Georgia Butler, Aoife Schmitt,
Alicia Coble,
Jackie Kloner,
Molly Heeney and
Cecelia Wilson with coxswain
Zinnia Deora. They were 45th out of 52 teams with their 19:26.366 finish. A team from the Crabtree Boat Club out of the UK had the fastest time at 15:54.463.
The Tufts women will have their top three eights competing in the Collegiate Eights at HORC tomorrow with a 2:59 PM start.
