She improved her position on the scoreboard with a fourth place finish in the high jump (1.50m) before placing 11th in the shot put - her first go at the event. She bounced back by winning the long jump with the NCAA Division III 74th best distance of 5.31m, 29 centimeters ahead of the competition. Her fifth place finish in the high jump was also a new personal best, an 11 centimeter improvement to 1.47m. She followed that up by shattering her personal best for shot put. Her 10.46m toss was an improvement by over a meter and earned her second place in the category. Her long jump of 4.83m was eight centimeters shy of her personal best, but still enough to earn fifth. She placed third in the 800m run with a 2:34.67 to finish fifth in the pentathlon overall.
Graduate student
Maddy Silveira finished sixth in the pentathlon with her best event being a second place spot in the long jump (5.02m).
