MEDFORD, MA (May 26, 2025) - The Tufts University women's track and field team earned a number of All-American honors following a strong weekend at the 2025 NCAA Division III Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships at the SPIRE institute in Geneva, Ohio.
Elysse Cumberland picked up double All-American honors after being named to the All-American First Team in the long jump and the All-American Second Team in the triple jump. The first year phenom began her weekend with a fifth place performance in the long jump with a mark of 5.81m before taking 13th in the triple jump with an 11.85m.
The steadfast senior
Jordan Andrew also picked up an All-American award for her performance in the triple jump. She was named to the All-American First Team following a fourth place finish and a personal best matching mark of 12.29m.
Sophomore
Jackie Wells and senior
Harper Meek were both named to the All-American Second Team following their performances in the field as well. Wells picked up the honors after her 16th place finish to the javelin throw with a 37.98m mark, and Meek earned the award after finishing 15th in the high jump with a 1.60m.
The four All-American award winners are the most for Tufts since the 2023 season.
