WAKEFIELD, RI (September 27, 2025) - After one day of racing at the University of Rhode Island's Moody Trophy on Saturday, Tufts University Coed Sailing is in 13th place.
Saturday's schedule saw six races finished in A division and four completed in B's. The Jumbos combined an 83 score in A's with an 18 for B's to total 101.
The University of Miami is leading the 18-team regatta with a 54 team score.

Sean Beaver was one of three B teams with an 18 score from today's four races. After tie-breakers, the Jumbos are second in the division. Doyle and Beaver won today's third B race.
In A's, the Jumbo team is junior skipper
Gus Macaulay with sophomore crew
Kate Castleberry. They are 16th so far, with a best race of ninth in today's second start.
A 10:20 AM time is set for the first warning on Sunday's second day of Moody Trophy racing.
