MEDFORD, MA (April 8, 2026) - Eighteen Tufts University football players were announced today as members of the National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame's (NFF) 2026 Hampshire Honor Society.

The honorees must have been starters or contributors throughout the 2026 season.

The Jumbos achieving the distinction are defensive lineman Suleiman Abuaqel, offensive lineman Dillon Armstrong, wide receiver CJ Burton, running back Khallid Calhoun, defensive back Jevon Coney, tight end Jack Elliott, wide receiver Henry Fleckner, offensive lineman Speros Grapsas, linebacker Trevor Hillier, quarterback Aidan MacLean, wide receiver Colin MacLean, defensive back Steven Rauso, defensive back Ryan Saccu, kicker Vaughn Seelicke, offensive lineman Yann Silva, defensive back Nate Sousa, offensive lineman Jared Vacher, and linebacker Jeff Xu.

The offensive players were part of the group that was third in the league, averaging 361.3 yards per game.

An elite group of 2,596 players from 365 schools qualified for Hampshire Honor Society membership in 2026, setting a new record for the number of members in a single year during the program's 20-year history.
