Sophomore
Lauren Zipoli will be the first Jumbo in action, as she begins the heptathlon on Thursday at 10:40 AM Eastern Time (EST). The 100-meter hurdles, high jump, shot put and 200 meters are spread throughout the first day. Making her first NCAA appearance, Zipoli will finish the multi-event with the long jump, javelin and 800 meters on Friday. She is seeded 15th out of the 22 entries with her 4755 score.
Junior
Emma Gall will make her first NCAA appearance as well on Thursday in the pole vault preliminaries and final starting at noon EST. Her 3.89m (12'9") season-best mark is seeded 17th in the NCAA pole vault field.
Sophomore
Elysse Cumberland will compete in the long jump preliminaries and final on Thursday starting at 5:00 PM EST. She will then have the triple jump prelims and final on Saturday at 2 PM EST. Already a two-time NCAA champion in the triple jump indoors, Cumberland is a four-time first team All-American overall who will be looking to add to that total this week. She is seeded fourth in the long jump (5.94m – 19'6") and tied for seventh in the triple jump (12.14m – 39'10").
On the track, sophomore
Arielle Chechile will run in the 400-meter preliminaries Thursday at 5:10 PM EST. If she qualifies, the final will be on Saturday at 3:15 PM. She had the fastest time in the country in the event this season with a 59.05 mark. Like Cumberland, she has qualified for NCAA's four times (indoors and outdoors) in her young career. Chechile has four second team All-American awards.
Junior
Simi Lawal has the 200 meters preliminaries on Friday at 5:40 PM, where she will look to advance to the final which is slated for Saturday at 3:40 PM. Lawal is also entered in the 100 meters event, with preliminaries on Friday at 5:20 PM and the final on Saturday at 2:30 PM. She is ranked fifth in the 100 (11.66) and tied for 15th in the 200 (24.27). Lawal will look to continue the momentum from her outstanding performance at the 2026 Indoor Championships, where she was fourth in the 60-meter dash and sixth in the 200 for a pair of first team All-American efforts at her first NCAA meet.
The Jumbo 4x100-meter relay will take the track for the preliminaries on Friday at 3 PM. Their season-best time of 46.37 seconds is seeded seventh at the meet. Cumberland, sophomore
Makayla Moriarty, Chechile and Lawal ran that mark, though the team does not need to declare its NCAA starters until the day of the prelims (Friday). Zipoli and alternate
Cameron Stanton will be on hand as well. Whichever foursome runs, they will be aiming to make Saturday's 1:05 PM final.
Junior
Jackie Wells will make her second NCAA appearance in the javelin throw on Saturday at 2 PM. A second team All-American in 2025, she earned the 22nd and final berth into the Championship this season with her 41.53m (136'3") mark in the last week of the season.
Ninth at the 2026 NCAA Indoor Championships, Tufts will be seeking another top 10 team performance outdoors this week.
