2023 (Freshman): Was a member of the Jumbos football team...The Jumbos finished the season 6-3, with a third place finish in the NESCAC.

PRIOR TO TUFTS: Was a four-sport standout for the Green Wave of Delbarton HS in Morristown, NJ...competed in wrestling, football, lacrosse and track and field...First Team All-County player, while also earning First Team All-Conference...named to the North-South All-Star game...made 71 tackles as a senior...Honor Roll student...Engineering, Robotics and AI Award recipient...Head of Automotive Club...Deanery Program Leader. 

PERSONAL: Parents Eric and Maria Slabaugh...one sibling, Alexa...economics and mechanical engineering major...chose Tufts over UChicago, Bowdoin, Bates, Middlebury, Rose-Hulman, Washington & Lee because "I really wanted a school that could push me academically and athletically to become the best version of myself. I felt Tufts would be able to do that not only in an effective manner but also a friendly manner. The school overall has what I was looking for too. I wanted a medium sized school that offered programs in the Liberal Arts and Engineering Departments that has a great reputation of producing successful, driven people."
