2024 (Sophomore): Led the way for the Jumbos offense, appearing in 87 sets...Led the team with 235 kills...Averaged a team-best 2.70 kills/set...Finished season with 274.5 points...Dominated at the net with 69 blocks and 67 block assists...Earned 72 digs on the year...Finished with a season-high 14 kills against Middlebury on .243 hitting...Hit .444 against Wesleyan for 13 kills...Finished with 10 or more kills in 15 games...Named to the All-NESCAC Second Team

2023 (First-Year): Had a monster season as a newcomer for the Jumbos, earning a full-time role as a first-year on the right-side...played in 86 sets as a first-year, posting 189 kills on 479 attempts...was one of the team's leading hitters with a .240 clip...tallied 50 blocks on the year...added 42 digs...first collegiate kill came against Roger Williams in the season opener September 5...tallied 11 kills on 21 swings against Trinity (TX) on September 8...finished with a career-high 13 kills against Trinity on November 4 in the NESCAC Quarterfinals...finished with 12 kills against Williams in a five-set thrilling win...tallied 12 kills in a five-set defeat at Hamilton College...had nine matches in double digit kills......Tufts finished the 2023 season 14-11 overall while making the NCAA Tournament as an at-large squad. 

PRIOR TO TUFTS: Was a two-sport star for the Pointers of Point Loma HS, where she played volleyball and basketball...was a captain for hoops as a junior and senior...named team MVP in basketball as a senior...First Team All-League as a junior and senior on the volleyball court...also earned Second Team honors in basketball...helped her squad to a CIF title as a first-year...graduated from PLHS with honors...competed for COAST Volleyball club. 

PERSONAL: Parents Nathan and Sara Heckman...biology major...chose Tufts "because it was the perfect balance of rigorous academics and competitive athletics. Tufts offers amazing academic and internship opportunities that will be a great way to prepare for the future and the coaching staff and players are all so dedicated to the game that I knew it would be a great team culture and atmosphere."
