Before Tufts: Was on the hockey and lacrosse teams at Cranbrook Kingswood High School...was a captain of his high school hockey team which won the state championship in 2013...was on the lacrosse team that won the state championship in 2013...was named the 2013 Athlete of the Year at Cranbrook High School...named a Michigan Hockey Dream Team Defenseman...was a two-time First Team All-State lacrosse selection as a face-off specialist...was an All-Academic Athlete all four years of high school, earning a GPA of 3.5 or higher...played junior hockey in Odessa, Texas and for Sault Ste Marie Michigan.
