2017-18 (Junior): Appeared in 14 of the Jumbos 18 games in her junior campaign...she helped the Jumbos finish the season with a 13-5 overall record and defeat FDU-Florham 17-8 in the First Round of the NCAA Tournament...netted five goals on the season and had a career-high 12 points for the year...Grygiel scored a goal and dished out two assists for a three point game against Middlebury...she also at least a goal and an assist in games against Wellesley, Connecticut College, and Franklin and Marshall...had a point in seven contests on the season...scooped up three ground balls as well.

2016-17 (Sophomore): Played in 11 games for the Jumbos and had six points coming on five goals and an assist....she scored an important goal in the teams 13-10 win over Bates on April 18.

2015-16 (Freshman): As a freshman she played in 12 games for the Jumbos and recorded five points on three goals and two assists....including her first career goal which was a crucial one to help lift Tufts to a 11-10 victory over Stevenson on March 24.

Before Tufts: Was on the soccer, lacrosse, ice hockey and track and field teams at Andover High School...was a four-year member of the varsity soccer and lacrosse teams...was a three-sport captain at her high school...selected as a MVC All-Star for soccer in 2013...was chosen as the 2013 Eagle Tribune Comeback Player of the Year in 2013...was a 2014 MvC All-Conference selection for soccer and lacrosse...was a 2015 MVC All-Star in lacrosse...was selected to the US Lacrossse Lower New England fifth team in 2014...earned Eastern Massachusetts All-Star honors in soccer in 2014...was a 2015 Agganis All-Star in lacrosse....won the James R. Hurley's Athletic Directors Award in 2015...was a member of the National Honor Society...was the chairman of Warrior Way.

Personal: Daughter of Karen and Carl...has two siblings, Katherine (19) and Regan (16).
