Miles Reid joined the Tufts Baseball staff as an assistant coach for the 2024 season. A graduate of Tufts University and a former captain of the baseball program, Reid graduated as one of the programs most prolific hitters. He was a member of the 2019 NESCAC Champion Jumbos, and had 2 NCAA Regional appearances in 2019 and 2021. 

As a senior, he was named to the NESCAC All-Conference First Team and earned Rawlings ABCA First Team All-Region honors while leading the conference with a .463 batting average and a Jumbos record-setting 66 hits in a single season. 

In his first year on staff, Reid worked primarily with the infielders as the Jumbos infield led the NESCAC in fielding percentage (.969). For the 2026 season, Reid works with the hitters and infielders.
