2018 (Junior): Earned NESCAC All-Academic Team honors...was 10th in NESCAC with a .451 on-base percentage...31 runs scored placed ninth in the conference...scored seven runs in the team's three-game NESCAC East sweep of Colby...had three runs in Tufts' 16-3 win over Wesleyan to open NESCAC Tournament play...his 91 assists at shortstop were fourth in the league...finished with a strong .942 fielding percentage...hit .300 with eight doubles.

2017 (Sophomore): Second Team All-NESCAC selection... Shackelford played in 33 games with an impressive stat line of .368/.441/.505 collecting 35 hits (6 doubles, 2 triples and 1 homerun), 28 RBI and 9 BB.. went 7-8 (2 doubles and a triple), 4 runs scored, and 8 RBI on March 18th in wins versus St. Vincent and Apprentice School.

2016 (Freshman): played in 22 games  with a batting average of .300 and an OBP of .417 collecting 9 hits and 4 RBI..went 2-3 with run scored, BB and 2 RBI in win versus Keene State.

Before Tufts: Was on the baseball and golf teams at Nauset Regional High School and Suffield Academy...was selected as the team MVP for Suffield Academy in 2015...was a WNEPBL First Team All-League selection in 2015...was named the team MVP for his Nauset Regiononal High School in 2014...was selected as an Atlantic Coast League All-Star in 2013 and 2014...was a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Jay and Holly...has one sibling, Emma (19).
