Biography

2017 (Senior): The senior midfielder started all 16 games for the Jumbos which gaver her a perfect 72 starts in 72 games over her four year career at Tufts...she finished the season fourth on the team in points with 12 on four goals and four assists...she was selected to the All-NESCAC Second Team...was also selected to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) All-New England West Region Second Team...she recorded a goal and two assists in the teams 5-0 win over Conn. College on Sep 16...had a goal and an assist in the teams 7-0 win over Gordon on Oct 11...she also recorded a huge defensive save in a tight 2-0 win over Williams on Oct 21. 

2016 (Junior): Started all 22 games during the Jumbos season where they finished 19-3, including winning the program's first NESCAC Championship since 2009 and advanced to the NCAA Championship game, where they fell in penalty strokes to Messiah...posted five goals, five assists, 15 points and a game-winning goal...scored once in a 6-2 season opening win over Colby...scored goals in back-to-back games with once in a 2-0 win over Mary Washington and another in the Jumbos 6-0 blanking of Wesleyan...scored once in the Jumbos 4-2 win over Trinity...tallied a three-point effort with a goal and an assist, including assisting on the game-winner, during a 5-0 win against visiting Williams in the semifinals of the NESCAC Tournament on Nov. 5...tallied at least one point in nine contests. 

2015 (Sophomore): Started all 17 of the Jumbos games during her sophomore season, anchoring the Jumbos in the midfield…scored her first collegiate points with two goals and an assist on the season for five points...was a part of six Jumbo shutouts during the season…scored her first collegiate goal and had her first collegiate multi-goal game with two goals in a 3-0 win over Colby to open the season…tallied an assist in a 4-2 win over UMass-Dartmouth…picked up a defensive save in a 3-0 loss to Middlebury…added her second defensive save of the season in a 2-0 win over Trinity in the first round of the NESCAC Tournament.

2014 (Freshman): Started all 17 games of the Jumbo’s season at midfield, helping a strong defense for the Jumbos…was instrumental in helping the Jumbos to eight shutouts during the entire season, including six straight shutouts to open the season.

Before Tufts: Played field hockey and basketball at St. John’s High School…won the Brenda Mercado Award…won the Most Improved Award.

Personal: Daughter of Joni and Gary…has two brothers, Clay (23) and Myles (24).
